Our consumer engagement training introduces team members to the elements of exceptional customer care, active listening, and daily application of soft skills.

Fundamentals of Exceptional Customer Service ($1,200 per person)

Length of Program: 4 Modules (3 hours per session)

Location:  on-site, virtual, and/or blended 

Participants: 8 per class (maximum)


Content:

Module 1 - Defining Exceptional Consumer Care and Soft Skills

Module 2 - Active Listening and Nonverbal Communication

Module 3 - Elements of Exceptional Customer Service

Module 4 - Unforgettable Experiences and Positive Defining Moments


Each 3-hour session will include a portion of online micro-learning, self-reflection, and group discussion.



Consumer Engagement and Multi-Channel Integration ($800)

This program is an interactive workshop focused on helping organizations identify their current communication channels, level of engagement, category ownership, and desired outcomes.
