Food Safety


ServSafe® Food Protection Manager certification classes are accredited by the American National Accreditation Board (ANAB)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP) and are valid for five years. ServSafe® training and certification is recognized by more federal, state, and local jurisdictions than any other food safety certification.


ServSafe® Class and Exam ($175):

Length of Class: 8 hours

Exam: 45 minutes up to 2 hours


Materials Included:

ServSafe® Food Manager Book 7th Edition, Exam Sheet, Exam and Certificate

Hands-on Demonstrations, Special Guests, and Group Discussion

 80-Question Practice and Diagnostic Test with Answer Key


Location: Fall Conference Room, Brentwood Library or on-site (upon request)





If you have completed the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager online class and/or need to retake the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager certification exam, we offer Proctor services.


Proctor Services ($60 + exam):

Dates: Every Wednesday and Thursday

Time: 2:00pm – 4:00pm

Location: Brentwood Library, Study Room
