With over 20 years in the foodservice industry, Amber has worked with national brands such as Subway, Pizza Hut, Honey Baked Ham, Krispy Krunchy Chicken, McDonald's, and Zaxby's helping streamline operations, integrate food safety and optimize menu offerings.
In addition to training food safety and compliance, Amber has taken a key role in launching marketing and communication initiatives with Fortune 500 companies including Hormel Foods and The J.M. Smucker Company.
With a certification in social customer care from SOCAP and PRNews, she implemented the first nationally recognized Social Media Command Center integrating the "voice of the consumer", live marketing events, and reputation management in a collaborative space to enhance consumer engagement.
